I explain that the owner role always has all permissions on and cannot be edited, and there must always be at least one owner. I also cover what the pre-built sales role can do, and how to confirm permissions for company management, user management, contact management, maps and canvassing, and competitions. I show how to create a new role by duplicating sales and then saving changes, including key dependencies like pins and area visibility.
