Loyalty will be unavailable on the reader, but still fully available from the Point of Sale. Once the reader is paired in WiFi mode, scroll down in settings to Advanced Settings > click Restart App to finalize the connection. At the top of the Point of Sale screen, ensure Reader Status: Connected.
