We start by creating an initial main contract in Autodesk, complete with a description, type, and customer selection, and then associate our budgets. After marking the contract as executed, I demonstrate how to fetch and push the data into Acumatica, where the main contract will appear in the revenue budget tab. I also highlight the importance of ensuring the correct default revenue account group is set up in Acumatica. Please make sure to follow these steps to ensure a smooth sync process.
