The volunteer fills out the form, selects their availabilities, and after choosing a time slot they are automatically assigned. To enable this, go to the form module, open Settings, then Shifts, select unlimited choices, activate showing time slots, and optionally hide shifts once fully complete. In preview, the Loom shows that selecting one availability unselects overlapping time slots so volunteers can build their own scheduling while assignments happen automatically.
