You just need to click on the green icon in the top right corner, select the relevant project, and choose the appropriate column for the site, whether it's the sites column, assessment column, or send letter column. Additionally, you can add a description before clicking save attachment. Once saved, you can easily move the site between columns based on its current stage. If you find that a site isn't a good fit, you can delete it by clicking the three dots on the right side.
