To add these assessments for a client, simply navigate to the Assessments page, select "Add Assessment Results," and fill in the necessary details, including the completed date and informant information. You can also upload additional files if needed. Once added, you can edit the results at any time and incorporate the graphs into client reports. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with this process to enhance our assessment capabilities.
