We have created databases of pilot needs and ideas, developed an AI matching tool, and are preparing for the progress phase. During the progress phase, we will conduct workshops for community representatives, students, and entrepreneurs to create viable pilots. The impact phase will focus on team building, LOI negotiation, and funding. Our goal is to have at least four LOIs signed and one pilot deployed by the end of the impact phase.
