When I create an email alert source, I can turn it on and write a JavaScript transform to parse the incoming email, including extracting the incident ID from the subject and using it as the de duplication key. I also set it to automatically resolve alerts when the word resolved appears in the email body. When I trigger new emails, new alerts pop in quickly and previously sent ones resolve automatically. No action was requested from you.</description></oembed>
