Productivity is a review of completed visits, visit completion averages, cancelations, and provider schedules and working hours. Productivity: Review of Average Visits Per Day, Throughput Rate (Average Visits per Hour), Provider Working Hours, Days Active, and Provider Cancellations. Choose Grouping: This filter allows you to decide how you would like your averages calculated. The options are - Organization, Department, Provider, Appointment Type. Example: Grouped by Provider would display the Average Visits per Day and Per Hour for your selected Providers. Visits Per Day: The average completed visits per day based on your selected Grouping, Date Range, and Filters. The Include/Exclude Weekends Option is particularly helpful on providing clarity on this Metric. Throughput Rate: The average completed visits per hour based on your selected Grouping, Date Range, and Filters. Working Hours: This is a sum of all hours on a providers schedule when compiled over the selected Date Range. It is a sum of a time between the first detected Exam Start of a Day and the last Exam End of a Day. Example: First Exam Start 9AM and Last Exam End 5PM = 8 Provider Working Hours. Days Active: A Count of all Days containing at Least 1 Completed Visit in the selected Date Range. Regardless of the Date Range selected, or Including/Excluding Weekends, Days without a Completed Visit will both not be counted as an Active Day and will not Influence the Other Averages. Example: Weekends Included - Days With Completed Visits - Monday through Saturday - Days Active 6 - Active Days to use in Daily Averages 6. Provider Hours: Is a visualization of the Working Hours Metric. This is available on a calendar view and will default to your prior Active Day with a comparison of the Prior Week. Individual Days will Display the Hours of that Day while the bar graph will add them together. Individual Day Tool Tip: Hovering over a specific day will display the exact Start and End time of that day, the total working hours, and the total visits completed. Data Quality: DOCPACE applies Data cleaning so that the reported metrics can be as accurate as possible. Visits with durations less than 0 and greater than 240 Minutes will not be included. Similarly, Visits missing an Exam Start or End Time Stamp impact this data. The Quality of the Data is summarized and has a Tool Tip to summarize Data Impactors.
