In this Loom, I'll show you how to add a note of interest and an offer to a property. First, go to the property and click on the offers section. You can see any previous notes of interest and offers received. To add a note of interest, click "record" and fill in the details of the person and solicitor. You can add notes for reference, but they're not required. Click "record" again to add the note of interest. To convert a note of interest into an offer, click on the section and add the offer amount. You can add notes on the right-hand side of the screen. Click "add an offer" to add it to the system.
