Viewers can create reports by choosing a report type (records, documents, or organization-wide accounting and activities), selecting output formats like CSV and PDF, and configuring scheduling and date ranges, such as a monthly run at the end of the month from July 1 midnight through July 31 at 11.59 PM. The report contents can be customized with module filters, column management, and per-column options to sort, rename for the report only, or hide columns. Reports can be run on demand or automatically, and generated files include summary information like total revenue by cash versus checks plus optional detailed breakdowns in the PDF.
