The email is sent if the following 3 criteria are met:
- only one participant is in the cart
- the registration is for an individual competition
- the email used in the registration form is not already linked to an existing registration

To set it up:

Go to &apos;Communication&apos; &gt; &apos;Emails&apos; &gt; Click on &apos;Add email content&apos; and create an email (recipient: &apos;Future registrants&apos; / type: &apos;Abandoned carts&apos;). Insert the &apos;Retrieve a cart&apos; variable in the content of the email.

Go to &apos;Setup&apos; &gt; &apos;Abandoned carts&apos; &gt; Click on &apos;Add a trigger&apos; &gt; Define the delay after which the email will be sent automatically following abandonment of registration and the email to use &gt; Click on &apos;Add&apos;.</description></oembed>
