I found that the user does not have access to the industry and account source fields, which is causing issues in the flow where it incorrectly displays that there is no industry entity or account source entered. I made a change to the settings to ensure that the indicator for Industry does not show when false or blank. After saving the changes, I logged in as the standard user and confirmed that the indicator is not showing as expected. I will continue to investigate this issue further.</description></oembed>
