Start by accessing your dashboard, then navigate to Admin, followed by Users, and click on Create New User. You will need to enter the integrations and the name of your agency at sagecare.ai, naming the user Sage Care and assigning the role of administrator. Set the password to sagecareintegration, all lowercase and one word. Finally, make sure to hit save to complete the process.
