First, I open the PCS expert page, select Android phone and tablet, then do the one time setup by copying the link to clipboard and editing the bookmark star next to the URL. Next, I navigate to the BOE dashboard, go to the BLE URL bookmark marked by the star, click My PCS runner, and press OK to consent or otherwise the missions. After that, next time I just go to BOE and use the same My PCS runner URL.
