Using our custom prompt from the email agent page, I ask ChatGPT to build an on-brand promo email for a local coffee shop, Toledo Coffee. The prompt works with any AI tool (Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — your pick), and it handles the technical details for you: it generates HTML that's built for email instead of the web, and it skips the footer, since Benchmark adds a compliant one automatically.

What's covered:
- Copying the prompt and filling out the brief (the only part you need to touch)
- Letting the AI read the website and generate the email
- Finding the HTML editor in Benchmark: Emails → Create New Email → Custom HTML
- Pasting in the code (or uploading the file) and seeing it in the live preview
- Swapping in a first-name merge tag with the Personalize tool
- Sending through the usual checklist: contacts, sender, subject, and go
