I show how to access it in the Responder Module under Address Packages, then Address Book, where you can add email addresses with tags, search, and filter. When you share a case via email, you can type a few letters or a tag name to auto populate recipients, then add or remove them as needed. If you add an email during sharing, it will automatically appear in the Address Book and package history. No specific action is requested beyond using the feature.
