— Question #1: How fast do you need to sell? 
According to Rightmove, the average sale currently takes 7 months from start to finish! (And that&apos;s the average, meaning half of sales take even longer!) So what would it mean for you if your sale takes that long? You might have time to wait, or you may really want/need to get it done much sooner. Either is fine, but have a think because your answer will really impact the recommendation I make. 

— Question #2: How much do you need for your home? 
The &quot;quick house sale&quot; options (like house-buying companies, auction, modern auction etc) offer you greater speed, certainty and convenience. Which are all great. But they come with a compromise on price. In other words, you get less money. So have a think about the lowest price you&apos;d really be prepared to accept for your home if it meant getting an quick, certain sale, and being able to move on easily. You may be willing to compromise a lot... or not at all! Again, either are fine, but please take some time to think about it in the run up to our call. Your answer will have a big impact on the recommendations I make!
