We start by customizing pay levels, where I demonstrate how to label them descriptively, such as "CAS level 1, pay point 3," to ensure clarity when updating worker pay levels. I also show you how to select the appropriate Pay Rate Level and link the worker to their corresponding Accounting Code in Xero. Please remember to sync any new employee entries from Xero to ensure they appear in our system. In the next video, I'll cover service setup for successful payroll.
