After scrolling to the email history section, you can see all sent emails along with delivery and read timestamps. The Loom explains how to search by subject or body and filter by date, then apply the filter. To resend an unread email, click the arrow next to it and select resend email, which first shows an “Awaiting delivery details” status and then updates to delivered or read.
