Our proposal, number 2 by the Alliance of Cryptoverse enough core team, aims to empower community members to engage in governance through a comprehensive educational course. The budget for this proposal is 30 kop, which represents 1% of the budget. We plan to build an educational process focused on Optimism Governance, exclusively on how it works, how you can participate on the theoretical and practical aspect of governance. The content will consist primarily of animated video lessons, quizzes, and tutorials on how to participate in governance. The course will be two hours long and will guide people into understanding and being able to participate in the optimism governance. Our mission is to increase the quality and quantity of governance in Optimism. All of the topics will be covered in-depth and extensively.
