The app allows German property managers to digitize building data efficiently, using a three-step wizard that saves progress automatically. I explain the data model, architecture, and the technology stack used, as well as the eight API endpoints. I also showcase a live demo, highlighting features like PDF uploads and bulk unit generation. If I had more time, I would add editing capabilities and a CSV import feature.
