You select a warehouse location, then a specific zone, and print a populated stock take sheet where the stock taker records the new stock level and optionally a reason for any changes. The system can be printed blind, then updated after the person returns with the counted number, automatically showing differences and prompting explanations for variances. It also supports looking back at previous date-stamped stock takes, and the dry goods stock take is similar but can be done by category, by customer, or both.
