You can start an appointment either from the upsheet for scheduled appointments or by clicking &apos;Start Appointment&apos; for walk-ins, which will timestamp it automatically. I also explain how to end an appointment by writing a note, with the option to restrict this action to managers only. It&apos;s important to note that only managers can end appointments to ensure oversight.
