While we recognise the challenges, we believe the changes are a positive shift. We discuss the essential importance of supporting both staff and students, as research shows that one in five young people are diagnosed with mental health issues, and three out of four teachers experience chronic stress. We emphasise the need for psychological safety in our school environments to foster a sense of belonging and resilience. We encourage everyone to reflect on their current practices and consider how we can improve wellbeing without increasing our workload. Please get in touch if you need support with implementing these ideas.</description></oembed>
