In the platform, open Products, select the product, go to the EUDR DDS section, and click Add, then choose a reference, activity type (import export or domestic), country of activity and entry, and set validity with a start and end date. Enter the total quantity using a kilograms conversion, noting that non-kilogram quantities do not affect the DDS. Then set remaining balance tracking by HS code or product, choose where to take production plots for suppliers to use, add suppliers and buyers, and click Generate to create the DDS in the EUDR DDS file.
