As a patient, I search and filter doctors, book an appointment for 28th at 11am, and see the confirmed booking in my dashboard and notifications. As a doctor, I view appointments, add consultation notes, and mark them completed. As an admin, I can approve doctors and monitor system wide stats, including 8 total users, 4 total doctors, 5 appointments, and 0 pending approvals.
