Step 1: Log In to Your Facebook Personal Profile Before getting started, ensure you’re logged in to your Facebook personal profile (not your business page). Step 2: Access Meta Business Suite From your news feed, go to the top-right corner of the page. Click your profile picture and the small arrow next to it. Look for Meta Business Suite in the dropdown menu. Note: You’ll need an active Facebook business page to access Meta Business Suite. Step 3: Select the Correct Facebook Business Page Once inside Meta Business Suite, locate the name of your business page. If the displayed business page is incorrect, go to the left-hand side and click the dropdown arrow to choose the correct page. Step 4: Connect Your Instagram Account Look for the Connect Instagram option under your business page’s name. Click Connect Instagram. Tip: You’ll need your Instagram login credentials (username and password) if you’re not already signed in. Step 5: Log In to Instagram Enter your Instagram login credentials and click Login. If prompted to save your login info, choose your preference (e.g., select Not Now if you’d rather not save it). Confirm that you’re logging in as the correct Instagram account. Step 6: Complete the Connection Wait for the connection to process. Once it’s successful, you’ll see a confirmation message: Instagram connected, done. The button previously labeled Connect Instagram will now display Go to Instagram. And that’s it! You’ve successfully linked your Facebook business page to your Instagram account.
