Smart Assign lets you re optimize existing routes to insert selected new jobs into the most appropriate place within a shift. I first select the jobs I want to assign, then click Show SmartAssign in the top right. I choose whether to assign across suggested shifts or selected shifts, and whether to insert only or allow re sequencing. After a few seconds to a couple of minutes, I review the assigned jobs and either click Accept Changes or Reject Changes.</description></oembed>
