In Legal, you go to Engage in the left navigation, select Individuals, and choose Create Engage request, entering the client’s first name, last name, email, and a client reference, then the matter reference and reviewer and selecting the appropriate workflow. You can send the request via Send Email through Legal, which uses a fully branded No Reply Legal email and enables automated reminders, or copy a Shareable Link to paste into a personalized email. After sending, you can track status from the Engage Individuals dashboard as progress appears there.</description></oembed>
