To do this, log into the membership platform, go to My Account in the top right, then open Subscriptions and select the subscription to change. Click the three dots at the end of the line and choose Change Plan, which offers only the opposite billing frequency (monthly to annual, or annual to monthly) and automatically prorates. The Loom notes that on the annual membership you effectively get two months of membership.
