Instead of daily scheduled refreshes that could delay changes by up to 24 hours, group memberships are recalculated continuously when relevant user or group attributes change. Support expands in July for additional group types and attributes including Exclude Absent Members and fields like Absent, Last Hired Date, Last Name, Role, and Training, with stage availability first for stage portals where Groups Redesign is activated, followed by gradual pilot and production onboarding. Activating Groups Redesign automatically enables the framework and cannot be reversed, and no action is required for stage portals beginning in UAT.
