First, you need to click into the applicable study and then select the Upload option at the top of the screen. After browsing your files and selecting the report, simply click Upload. Once uploaded, you can navigate to the Reports tab to assign a document type, such as Medication Reports. Please make sure to follow these steps carefully when submitting your reports.
