I log in as a member of AcmeSalesProject and demonstrate that members can only access that project's chats, not the admin dashboard. Then I log in as Alice, the admin for AcmeSales, and show integration controls that change what the AI can use, including Shopify and CRM, powered by Ollama. Finally, I show the admin dashboard and live configuration coming directly from MongoDB, and I edit a value in MongoDB to update the dashboard live after refresh.
