Oliver bought the Scoring Manual 3 e book for 71.64, quantity one, but the Order History was empty. I added the record under Product Access, Order History by clicking the plus, entering the date, product code, product name, amount, and setting the source to Shopify, then saved and closed. I requested codes afterward, and it still did not work at first until we paused and requested again to speed things up.
