Unlike evaluators or admins, facilitators focus on ensuring that learners advance through the program as expected. They have access to the same learner progress summary reports as admins and can check submissions. I also walked through the steps to add a facilitator, which includes going to the people page, clicking on add, entering their details, and selecting &apos;Facilitator&apos; from the drop-down list.
