In Message, indicate whether you want your child/children to be enrolled in Summer Camp for June and/or July. 7. In Browse for a File box, upload a copy of your Authorization Letter (required). 8. Enter your contact details. 9. Check the box next to "I'm not a robot." 10. Select Submit Request.
