I run Nolite Productions in Los Angeles, and I also support another marketing agency client, so I am constantly dealing with SOPs, workflows, and research across lots of meetings. I keep a giant notes doc so I can instantly pull anything up and use Claude as a thinking partner, not just for shipping projects. I use separate folders for automations too, like generating ad campaign concepts via Playwright MCP.
