My world changed forever when my daughter Katie died suddenly in a car accident.
That loss showed me just how uncomfortable our society is with grief — especially in the workplace.
Today, I speak with organizations and communities to support those facing grief, burnout, and compassion fatigue. My goal is to make the hard conversations easier and to offer practical tools people can actually use.
In my presentations, I share my RESET framework — a simple yet powerful roadmap that helps individuals and teams move from survival mode to a space that feels supported and safe.
I also host the Grief &amp; Child Loss for grieving mothers, and I’m a certified grief educator trained by David Kessler.
Whether you’re supporting your staff, your clients, or yourself — I’d be honored to help you navigate grief with more heart, more hope, and more resilience.
If you have an event and would like to learn how I can tailor my keynote for your audience, please reach out Lisa@lisakboehm.com</description></oembed>
