First, I want to talk about the new rule regarding player towels. This year, players can have towels of different colors as long as the school logos are no bigger than 2 1/4 inches and the towel itself is no larger than 4 inches across and 12 inches up and down. Multiple colors are allowed on a team during a game. I also want to discuss the modified definition of a player out of bounds. A player who goes out of bounds remains out of bounds until he returns in bounds without maintaining contact out of bounds. This means that if a player jumps from out of bounds, he is still out of bounds until he contacts the ground. Additionally, I will explain the new rule about defenseless players, which clarifies allowable contact against defenseless receivers. Lastly, I will go over the changes in pass interference and the basic spot enforcement. I hope this information helps you understand the new rules better.</description></oembed>
