Key improvements include OJT material management in Content Manager with default templates for standardized setup, learner checklist visibility with e-signature acknowledgement, observer search and location filtering in Pending Review with inactive learners hidden by default, and a redesigned Observation History experience. Checklist visibility for learners requires enabling both checklist visibility on the material and the new Observation History page via feature activation preferences.
