In this video, I discuss our initiative to improve health literacy among our senior participants, many of whom have an average 5th grade education level and primarily speak English or Spanish. We’ve created a custom tool, the PACE Rhode Island Health Literacy Helper, to help our staff provide educational materials in a clear and accessible way. I encourage you to utilize this tool to create flyers and resources that meet our participants&apos; needs, ensuring we can effectively communicate important health information. Thank you for your commitment to serving our community!</description></oembed>
