You trigger it with a slash command or trigger words, it runs preflight checks, then asks if you are in bypass mode, if you are working on a membrane, and what objective you want. It proposes key results, decomposes them into tasks, implements, and reveals updates, and if Codex is installed it reviews each plan and code for quality.
