I go to workflows, templates, options, view, advanced, and make sure the setting is toggled on so submissions for that form are visible to committee members via the resident app and portal. Then, on a specific request, I use the share button and the audience selector to choose which committee members can see it. In the committee hub under requests, you can see only the requests you are allowed to view. No special action is required beyond saving your settings and adjusting the audience when you share.</description></oembed>
