We’ve streamlined the referral process by integrating with CareDove, allowing you to make and track referrals seamlessly. You can now see upcoming and completed referrals, and any updates in CareDove will reflect instantly in Care Team. Additionally, we’ll soon be adding a service library to recommend services that may not be directly referable. I encourage you to explore this new feature and start making referrals today!
