After choosing the correct BOM for an opportunity, the user clicks Import Product Lists and selects List of Products, then drags or browses for a supported file type and confirms to start the tool. The process has three steps: document selection to include or exclude PDF sections, column mapping to decide which columns get brought into the BOM (including mapping unit pricing to unit cost), and product view to review how items will appear before confirm import. After confirming, the selected product data is brought into the BOM, with lot information shown at the top and individual units below.
