Previously, the training model assignment email lacked training titles or the training list, leading to customer feedback. The update adds a new notification tag, training.title.list, which populates a distinct comma separated list of all trainings included in the training model on every assignment email, de duplicating titles in sequential cases where the same training appears in initialized and renewal sequences. The notification behavior remains tied to when the training model is published and first assigned, including a 24 hour freeze window for assignment changes; access will be available in UAT and production on the defined dates with training model activation and email notification configuration.
