The presenter runs backend agent.py and server.py and starts the frontend on localhost 3000, with scheduled calls driven by appointments.json and monitoring available at localhost 3000-monitor. In the first demo, the customer John Wick books a routine dental checkup for 2nd of July at 5pm, and the transcript shows the appointment details saved from the JSON file. In the second demo, the caller requests a real human and the agent transfers the call to the presenter’s configured phone number on Twilio.
