First, you can now add any missed surveys to existing cases by editing the case and toggling on the desired survey, as long as you’re within the original timeline. For instance, if it’s been four weeks since surgery, you won’t be able to add the PROMIS survey that should have been sent two weeks post-op. Secondly, survey results are now accessible by clicking "View" instead of "Edit" on a case. Please take note of these updates and adjust your workflow accordingly!
