Filter Date: Prior Day or selected Day, Week to Date, Month to Date, and Year to Date Comparisons. As an example, selecting Week to Date would compare the two same ranges of the current and prior week. Example: If you are on Wednesday on your current week, it would compare everything up to Wednesday for both Weeks. Anchor Date: Defaults to current day. Can be moved to other days to "Anchor" the Date range to that date. Example: On a year to date view, setting an Anchor Date of March 31st would allow for a Q1 Comparison of the current year and previous year. Visualization: Depending on the range of your view, you can visualize the data by Day, Week, Month, and Year. Start & End Date: Select a specific Date Range on which to Display and Include Data. Practice Hours: Set specific hours for your Organization & Departments. This will remove all Data captured outside those hours and prevent them from influencing the reported metrics and percentages. This can be particularly helpful when reviewing Top Ten, Min and Max, and KPI views. Example: One visit completed at 11PM at night = Min completion hour on Growth. Weekend Hours: Include or exclude data from Saturday and Sunday. Specific Day View: Allows insight into data from an individual day. View will select either that day or the prior business day depending on your workbook. Weekly Views: Are displayed both on the Productivity Provider Hours view and on the Provider Summaries Workbook depending on the day you have set your Anchor Date. By Day Breakdown: A view of individual calendar days and their associated metrics are available on Adherence Workbook for No Shows, Cancellations, and Late Patients. The amount of days displayed will depend on your Filter Date. Data Update Frequency: Due to the amount of data involved, it is important to remember that Docpace Insights does not include data from your current day.
